Meet Gemma, a business strategist and problem-solving professional. Throughout her career, she has held project management and leadership positions, sharing her practical business expertise with anyone who would listen.
After spending almost a decade in the federal government, Gemma decided to prioritise her passion for helping small business owners achieve significant impact in the right way. She believes that solid foundations are the key to building resilient and authentic businesses. This requires meaningful planning, as well as a deep understanding of real-world ethical business practices, something that we may have overlooked in our pursuit of constant growth.
Gemma created Vinova with the aim of guiding individuals who are passionate about their ideas through the confusion and showing them how to make confident business decisions. Helping them to thrive on their own terms and grow when they are ready.
Vinova, represents the ability to give new life and fresh starts. Inspired by the Italian phrase ‘vita nova,’ which translates to new life, I changed my last name to Vinova at the age of 19. It symbolised my personal journey of starting anew, conquering adversity and emerging stronger. The challenges I faced have shaped my deep understanding of the trials and triumphs that entrepreneurs encounter on their own paths.
